Fundaments for sacredness

> Create a sacred space

By creating a sacred space you help yourself to remember to take moments with yourself and have a space that inspires you, helps remind of your dreams, intentions and happiness.

*Explore different tools and items to see what enhances you

*find object, sentences, pictures, affirmations that inspire you

*Don’t stress about getting it perfect

> Connect and ground

By connecting and grounding you will find peace and ease in your body, get a clear overview on situations and stress.

*Switch of from technology

*Meditate (softening meditation is perfect for this)

*Spend time in nature

*Mindful movement (Qi gong, somatic practices, walking meditation)

> Journal

Journalling is amazing to get thoughts out of your head on paper. This way you create space

*Self-reflect on your practice

*clear your mind of thoughts and feeling

*Read your journalling out loud to get new insides

*Write down every thought without labeling, continue for 10 minutes, if you don't know anything to write: write that down until new thoughts come

Mirror Meditation…

> Find a comfortable and quiet space

> Use a mirror were you can sit or stand

> lay down for 10 minutes after this practice to integrate

> take time to journal after

This is a beautiful meditation to deepen the relationship with yourself, to get insights in thoughts and patrons. To allow emotions and feelings arise in a space were you feel safe and can be with what is arising. Give yourself space to do this meditation weekly or when you feel, you need a moment with yourself

 

Self ā€˜Loveā€ puja

Ingredients for this puja:

  • 2 candles

  • Flowers

  • Fruit

  • Chocolate

  • Feather

  • Your favorite oil

  • Words of affirmation

  • Card deck

  • Journal

This puja is a devotion of love to yourself and to your body, to thank him/her and too show love.

Make a comfortable and soft light space were you will not be disturbed

take at least 1 hour for this practice and create spaciousness after to integrate

 

Morning Meditation
